A Roofline You Set Once and Control From Your Phone

The system is controlled entirely from an app: schedules, zones, saved scenes, and music sync. After a professional install you never carry a ladder out in December, and you do not take anything down in January.

Because the lights are an app-driven system, you can treat them like any other scheduled thing in your house. A warm white that comes on at dusk, a different look on weekends, a team-color scene for game night. Everything is changed from your phone, and every color and pattern is available, since the LEDs cover 16 million-plus colors.

HOA and Design Review

If you have an HOA or design review, check its rules first. We can supply install details, and the track itself is low-profile and color-matched to your trim, so by day it looks like trim rather than like a light fixture.

The Old Core Needs a Different Mount

Lehi also has an older core with smaller, lower homes on established lots. Those roof edges are not the same as a new two-story build, and the mounting plan can differ. That is what the free design consult is for. We look at your fascia and eaves in person, then map zones to fit what is actually there.

Save a Scene for Your Team

Save a scene for each team you follow from the app and switch whenever there is a game. See the game day lighting page for more ideas.

You choose when the lights come on, which zone changes, and which scene runs on a given night, all from the same screen. Scenes can be saved, renamed, and put on a timer, and nothing requires climbing anything.

Lehi sits near the shore of Utah Lake, at the north end of Utah Valley, and the same app controls every part of the system whether your home is in Traverse Mountain, the older core, or a newer neighborhood on the west side. The free design consult is where we look at your fascia, your eaves, and the number of roof edges you want lit, then divide them into zones.

From there, you can build a short list of scenes: a warm white for everyday evenings, a bright white for security, and a color look for the December holidays or Pioneer Day on July 24. Each can be put on a timer, so the roofline changes on its own through the year and you only open the app when you want something different.
